» We service clients who use us just once, as well as those who need to shred regularly.
How do you ensure the security of our documents?
» All material is shredded at your location, and we never sort your confidential documents or hand feed your documents to the shredder.
How does the scheduled “Routine” shredding services work?
» We will deliver security containers to your location at a convenient time and schedule with you the next shred visit. When it is time for your shred visit, our professional drivers will come in, empty your container, take it into your parking lot to the on-site shredding truck and shred the contents. After the shredding is complete, the driver will leave an invoice and a reminder of the next scheduled shred visit.
Can I witness the shredding process?
» Yes. You can witness our on-site shredding of your materials by viewing the actual shredding process via the monitor located on the side of our mobile shredding trucks.
Do you strip shred the materials?
» NO - Our commercial shredding truck shreds the materials into small confetti like pieces.
What happens if we need you to come out before our scheduled service date?
» You simply call our office, and we will be more than happy to provide any flexible service your company might need.
What types of security containers do you provide?
» We provide a variety of professional looking, and locking security containers to meet your needs. Each container has a convenient paper slot for your staff to drop confidential and sensitive information into. We offer a 32-gallon Console which blends with office furniture, a 64-gallon tote, and a 95- gallon tote.
Do you charge for the security containers?
» If you choose our regularly scheduled service option, then we will provide security containers to you at no cost.
What can we put in the security containers?
» You can put any color or type of paper, paper clips, staples, rubber bands, labels and file tabs into our security containers.
What happens to the shredded materials?
» After your confidential and sensitive documents are shredded, we recycle 100% of the material is taken to recycling centers and recycled into usable products including toilet paper, napkins, paper towels, dispenser towels, facial tissue, notebook paper, and many other usable products.
